By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

​

  1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  2. To enter, you must be a genuine guest who has stayed in a Short Stay Harrogate property within the promotional period (see Section 3).

  3. Employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter.

  4. Entries must be made by the individual guest and not on behalf of another person.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter. A qualifying stay and completion of at least one entry action (see Section 4) is required.

3. Promotional Period

​

  1. The Prize Draw opens on 22/01/2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 29th June 2026 (“Closing Date”).

  2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

​

Each eligible guest can earn up to 6 entries by completing the following actions (each action = 1 entry):

  1. Leave a Google review for Short Stay Harrogate

  2. Leave a Trustpilot review for Short Stay Harrogate

  3. Leave a review via the booking platform used (where prompted by that platform)

  4. Follow us on Instagram

  5. Like our Facebook page

  6. Sign up to our newsletter via our website

Maximum entries per person: 6

5. Review Requirements (Important)

​

  1. Reviews must be genuine, based on the guest’s real stay experience, and comply with the relevant platform’s rules and policies (Google / Trustpilot / booking platform).

  2. The Prize Draw is not conditional on leaving a positive review - guests may leave an honest review of any rating.

  3. Reviews containing offensive, abusive, discriminatory, false, or misleading content may be disqualified.

  4. If a review is removed by the platform for any reason, it may no longer count as a valid entry.

6. Prize Details

​

One winner will receive a prize bundle with a total stated value of approximately £2,000, including:

​

  • 🧳 A 2-night stay in a Short Stay Harrogate property (subject to availability)

  • ☕ £150 Betty’s Tea Room vouchers

  • 🧖🏼‍♀ A spa morning and brunch for two at Rudding Park Hotel (approx. £350 value)

  • 🕯 Meadow Farm candle & diffuser gift box (approx. £300 value)

  • 📦 £250 voucher (voucher type/brand to be confirmed by Promoter)

  • 💷 £250 cash paid by bank transfer

7. 2-Night Stay Prize Conditions

​

  1. The stay prize is for accommodation only and does not include travel, food, drinks, spa treatments, or other expenses unless stated.

  2. Booking is subject to availability and must be arranged directly with Short Stay Harrogate.

  3. The stay must be taken within 12 months of winner confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Exclusions may apply during peak dates including (but not limited to): Christmas, New Year, bank holidays, and major local events.

  5. The winner must comply with the property’s booking terms, house rules, and occupancy limits.

  6. A security deposit may be required in line with standard booking policy.

8. Winner Selection & Announcement

​

  1. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries after the Closing Date.

  2. The winner will be announced on Tuesday 30th June 2026.

  3. We will contact the winner using the details provided (or via social media where applicable).

  4. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If they do not respond in time, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Claiming the Prize

​

  1. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of stay (e.g., booking name/date) to validate eligibility.

  2. The cash prize will be paid by bank transfer once eligibility checks are completed.

  3. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available (except the cash portion of the prize).

  4. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

​

  1. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this Prize Draw (including contacting the winner and delivering prizes).

  2. Newsletter sign-ups will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy and subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

By entering, you agree that the Promoter may announce the winner publicly
