Short Stay Harrogate Competition Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Short Stay Harrogate, operated by Short Stay Harrogate Limited, based at 12 Station Parade, Harrogate, HG1 1UE.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have stayed in a Short Stay Harrogate property at any time during the 2025 calendar year.
     

  • Proof of stay (e.g., booking confirmation or verified review) will be required and checked before the winner is drawn.
     

  • Employees of Short Stay Harrogate or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
     

  • Only one set of entries per person is permitted.

 

3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens on Monday 14th July 20205 and closes at 11:59 PM on December 31st, 2025.
     

  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

 

4. How to Enter

 Participants may receive one (1) entry for each of the following completed actions:

 

Maximum of 6 entries per person.

 All entries will be verified before the draw takes place.

 

5. Prize Details (Total Value: £1,500)

 One (1) winner will receive the following prize bundle:
 

  • A 2-night stay in a Short Stay Harrogate property (subject to availability, excludes peak dates and public holidays, must be redeemed within 12 months)
     

  • £150 in Betty’s Tea Room vouchers
     

  • Spa morning and brunch for two at Rudding Park Hotel (worth £350)
     

  • A Meadow Farm candle & diffuser gift box (worth £300)
     

  • £250 cash, paid via bank transfer
     

No cash alternative will be provided for non-cash items. The prize is non-transferable.

 

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be drawn at random using the online tool Wheel of Names (https://wheelofnames.com)
     

  • The draw will take place on January 2nd, 2026
     

The winner will be contacted via email or direct message. If no response is received within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

 

7. Publicity

 By entering, participants agree that Short Stay Harrogate may publish their first name, review content, or social media handle in future promotional material related to this competition.

 

8. Data Protection

Your data will only be used to administer the competition and manage newsletter communications if you opt in. Your information will not be shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

 

9. General

  • Short Stay Harrogate reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these terms at any time without notice.
     

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Google, Trustpilot, Instagram, Facebook, Airbnb, Booking.com, or any other third-party platforms.
